Job Description
We are assisting a treatment provider in Durham, NC in their search for a full-time Program Director. This role has broad responsibility for the oversight and operations of the designated North Carolina service site. The primary role is to provide supervision and management over the daily delivery of all directly provided and contracted services for the site; ensure business operations are working effectively and efficiently; troubleshoot operational and clinical problems that arise and ensure the program is meeting business and clinical performance targets.
The position will work closely with program supervisors and direct care staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards to carry out the agencies’ strategic goals and identifies current and emerging issues related to good clinical and business practice. A primary responsibility of this position is to implement and monitor compliance with evidence-based practices. This position must maintain awareness of advances in treatment modalities, regulations, and standards, health insurance changes, and cost-effective options to meet clinical, staff, and program needs.
Qualifications
Must have an LCAS- Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, master’s degree in a human services field, including social work, psychology, or rehabilitation counseling, and have at least two years of documented experience working directly with individuals who have substance abuse diagnoses. The individual must have at least 2 years of experience in a management position supervising others.
