Job Description
We are hiring for a Director of Behavioral Health in McHenry, IL.
The Director of Behavioral Health Services is responsible for the overall administration of Behavioral Health Programs including Behavioral Health Residential, Outpatient Therapy, Mentoring, Runaway Homeless Youth (RHY), Intake/Assessment, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Prevention. The Director ensures staff and client needs are met through a trauma-informed approach. This role is responsible for compliance with program standards and regulations; writing, monitoring, and reporting for grant; networking with community partners; creation and adherence to budgets; training staff and monitoring model fidelity; communication and collaboration with all levels of leadership and administration; and management of service provision, including in 24/7 programming.
This role requires a LCPC or LCSW.
