As a Recruiter for PsychPros, Inc you will be in charge of finding top talent for our clients across the behavioral healthcare market. We are seeking a motivated, high-energy, recruiting professional to join our growing team. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to match with the open jobs of our clients, based on the candidate’ s skills and experience.
•     Act as partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
•     Execute the sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
•     Evaluate resumes and conduct phone screens with applicants
•     Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events
•     Create a solid pipeline of applicants for all roles
•     Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format
•     Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
Education and/or Work Experience
•     Bachelor’ s degree from a four year accredited college or university.
•     Minimum of two years’ experience with full cycle recruitment experience
Specialized Skills
•     Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
•     Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.

•     Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to connect with people in a friendly and honest way.
•     Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
•     Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize and work independently.
•     Possess a superior level of professionalism, sound judgment and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
•     Attention to detail and accuracy.
•     Solid decision-making skills.
