Job Description
We are hiring for a Recruitment Specialist in Wabash, IN
They are looking for a Christian with candidate with recruitment experience. This person must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’ s degree in Communications, Business, Psychology, or other HR-related field is required 1-3 years of focused recruitment experience is highly desirable. He or She must be a team worker and honest, committed to the mission and values and able to work well with people both within and external to the agency. Must have excellent organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills, self-initiative and ability to influence others, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, social media tools, and applicant tracking systems. Must have the ability to keep information confidential.
Mon-Friday 8: 30-5PM
