Job Description

Qualifications-
- Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a behavioral health care setting leading teams, providing supervision to Administrative and Clinical roles and maintaining budgets
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives in collaboration with other functional areas
- Prefer independent licensure in either social work or counseling (LISW/LPCC)

Responsibilities-
- Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division
- Manage financial and revenue growth, work with leadership team to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes
- Collaborate with community partners to support region needs
- Collaborate with leadership team to develop and refine processes to continually improve operations and workflows
- Ensure that each site meets all internal and external Standards of Conduct as well as all legal and regulatory requirements
