Job Description
We are assisting a client in their search for a Behavioral Therapist in Phoenix, Arizona.
Position Summary: Under clinical supervision, provides the majority of direct treatment services for child, teen & adult clients by performing the following duties. Responsible for ensuring that all critical tasks are fulfilled on a timely and high-quality basis.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred (not required). Focus areas of education, sociology, special education or psychology preferred.
• High school diploma at a minimum or equivalent GED.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is required within 90 days of employment.
• 1 to 3 years of employment in a clinical environment whether full-time, part-time or work-study, preferably including work with individuals with ASD (preferred but not required).
• Active BLS/CPR and Basic First Aid certifications required.
