Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Residential Assistants to work in Lebanon, OH (Warren/Butler/Clermont County areas), to monitor and assist clients in a residential facility.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor activities to ensure program guidelines are followed and appropriate client care is provided
Make periodic rounds of buildings/grounds to ensure safety, security, and optimal facility operations
Deliver on-going oversight of Client activity
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Recognize behavior changes and monitor Client progress

Qualifications:
Ideal Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED.

Temp-to-hire. Competitive Pay.
This position has full time openings on 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.
