We are currently recruiting for several residential assistant positions in Northern Kentucky working with a well respected agency working with adolescents with behavioral healthcare challenges.
Qualifications: High School Diploma, preferred experience working in a residential social service or hospital setting, experience working with adolescents a plus.
Position Summary: This residential assistant position is responsible for assisting youth within a residential setting and assisting clients with daily activities (school work, daily living skills, etc.). As a residential assistant, you will be working in collaboration with a team of dedicated professionals assisting youth with their behavioral healthcare needs.
Main Job Duties:
As a residential assistant, you will help ensure a safe, therapeutic environment by maintaining an active presence, providing support, role modeling, coaching, supervision and guidance for youth, assist in working through different daily challenges of the clients.
We have full time opportunities as well as some part time opportunities.
