PsychPros is hiring Residential Assistants to work full-time in Lebanon, OH.

Residential Assistants work with male offenders (generally drug related) who are transitioning from a more secure environment into a step down unit.

Shift Needs-

7am-3pm
3pm-11pm

Responsibilities-

Responsible for safety and security of the facility
Supervise activities
Interact with residents and staff in a positive and courteous manner
Assertively enforce rules
