- Monitor activities to ensure program guidelines are followed and appropriate client care is provided
- Make periodic rounds of buildings/grounds to ensure safety, security, and optimal facility operations
- Deliver on-going oversight of Client activity
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Recognize behavior changes and monitor Client progress
