Job Description
PsychPros is seeking a Residential Therapist to provide clinical services to adolescent and young adults in Castalia, Ohio. The Therapist will have a caseload of approximately five clients and will focus on counseling, case management, and treatment planning. The Residential Therapist is also responsible for fostering a therapeutic environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards, and promoting positive outcomes for clients.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work or Counseling.
Ohio Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); or higher.
EMDR Certification (required within first 90 days)
Previous experience in residential or outpatient behavioral health settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and behavioral health interventions is preferred. As is familiarity with QRTP standards, CANS assessments, and RTIS systems.
