Job Description


We are hiring for a Residential Therapist for a premier treatment facility designed for men and women in our community with substance abuse, who may also be struggling with mental illness and homelessness. The program offers a full continuum of substance use treatment from residential and day programs, to intensive and traditional outpatient services.

For this role, we are really looking for someone who is passionate about helping underserved populations, detail-oriented and organized, and willing to innovate when needed. Additionally:

  • Master' s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College

  • Current  or  pending  certification as either: CSW, LCSW, AMFT, LMFT, ACMHC, CMHC

  • 2+ years’ experience within  social services 

  • 2+ years’ experience providing customer service
     
  • Location: Kearns, UT
  • Pay: Dependent on Licensure  and experience
  • $50, 000 - $58, 000 for (Under-licensed)
  • $70, 000 - $80, 000 for (Fully-licensed)
