Job Description
PsychPros is a nationally recognized staffing and recruiting firm dedicated to the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently hiring for a Case Manager to work full-time with clients experiencing homelessness and living at a tiny home site in Eagle Rock CA 90041. This is a TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT expected to last approximately 2-3 months with the potential for converting to a permanent position for a strong candidate. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.
Requirements-
- Experience working with homeless or very low income individuals, persons with substance abuse issues or mental illnesses preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a social services setting.
- Possess a valid California driver's license and have access to properly registered vehicle.
- Candidates must be vaccinated for Covid.

Essential Responsibilities-
- Conduct assessments of new residents
- Develop case plans to assist clients in establishing and meeting goals
- Provide case management, support, and referrals to meet shelter, financial, social service, mental health and physical health needs during the clients’ stay at the tiny home site
- Ensure clients are connected to agency and community resources
