Job Description
We have an immediate, full-time, temporary Social Worker Medical Case Manager opportunity with a full-service hospital in Los Angeles. The position involves making calls to individuals who have recently been discharged from the hospital or ER and completing their annual assessments
MSW with ASW registration is required. Must have at least one year of healthcare experience. Medical social work experience is preferred. Solid communication skills and computer experience are needed.
This is a long-term temporary assignment expected to last 6 months. This is employment, not independent contract work. The pay rate is $35 an hour and offers a Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm schedule.
