REMOTE POSITION:
PsychPros is an award winning staffing and recruiting agency specializing in the behavioral healthcare field.
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience providing individual, couples, and family counseling to a diverse population, including adults and adolescents. The position will be 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, utilizing various modalities such as ACT, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-focused therapy
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, physicians, and nurses, to provide comprehensive care to clients
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress
Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the counseling profession
Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling or social work from an accredited institution
Active Illinois LCPC or LCSW licensure
Experience providing individual, couples, and family counseling to adults and adolescents
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
