Job Description
We are assisting a client company in San Francisco in their search for a Therapist.
The schedule is flexible, and ideally we’ re looking at clinicians who can be open to up to 40% in person (aka hybrid schedule).
JOB SUMMARY
The Therapist position brings a deep understanding of systems theory to bear on clinical work, providing direct clinical services to families seeking help with a range of complex problems. The therapist will work in collaboration with a team with client and families of diverse backgrounds and presenting issues. The therapist provides individual, family, couples, and group therapy grounded in systems and relational theory. The therapist facilitates parent coaching and provides case management as needed. The position works within a multidisciplinary clinical care team model and participates in meetings and case conferences.
For the therapist role, we are looking for $90k (little experience) to $130k with strong experience/ proven outcomes.
Requirements
Must possess a License in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Social Work, or Psychology.
Must have five or more years of experience working with children, youth and their families Must have experience working with large family systems and subsystems
Interest in mentorship of early career clinicians
Commitment to community mental health service
Experience as a supervisor or other organizational leadership position is preferred
A strong appreciation for a collaborative and integrated approach to care
A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in both clinical care and collaboration with colleagues
Experience working in a clinic setting, community mental health setting, or within multidisciplinary teams
Available to work after school hours, such as afternoons, evenings and Saturdays
