We are hiring for a Therapist in Morgan Hill.
Summary: This is the first level treatment provider within the Clinical Services Department and the incumbent may or may not supervise and manage programs and other staff. The Therapist I is responsible for major services delivery activities and must possess and maintain a clinical license (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC are all acceptable). This position applies theory and practice of interpersonal, intrapsychic and social pathology to their client issues. The therapist may use a variety of direct or non-direct approaches to facilitate client recovery. The incumbent maintains familiarity with a variety of treatment modalities and utilizes them differentially to enable clients to achieve specific case plans and casework goals by performing the following duties. This position supports Behavioral Health staff by performing a variety of tasks involving the program development diagnosis and treatment of mental health clients in mental health centers, the home or therapeutic community setting.
This position requires a minimum of a Master's degree in one of the disciplines listed—Master’s of Social Work (MSW) or Master’s of Psychology or Counseling (MA/MS). In addition, the incumbent must possess a clinical license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or the Board of Psychology. Acceptable licenses include: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Therapist I Associate Level 84,000.00 Therapist II Licensed 92,400.00 Therapist III Licensed +2 years 101,640.00
