Small, but quickly growing psychological office seeking a fully licensed (or close to fully licensed) masters-level mental health professional to deliver individual psychotherapy services to first responders (primarily police, fire, EMS, dispatch) and their family members.
The core patient presentation the candidate will be working with includes treatment of PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety, and Substance Abuse
Candidates will need to possess a general comfortability with Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (if not trained, willing to get trained), and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Additionally, the candidate must have a willingness to work under the supervision of a clinical psychologist for at least one year in order to develop cultural competency for working with first responders
This position does demand working with, in, and around potentially higher-stress, public safety-related content and environments, and provides the opportunity for some teaching responsibilities if interested and competent in that area.

Brooke Olson
National Recruiting Manager
Recruiting is a great way to combine two fields that I love human resources and human services. I believe that my knowledge of the human services field helps me so much in my position as a behavioral health recruiter. I am truly able to understand what client companies are looking for in a candidate, and in turn, I can help job
candidates locate a job they love.
