Job Description

We are hiring for a Vice President of Integrated Health in Syracuse, NY.
Under the supervision of the COO, the Vice President of Integrated Health Care will lead and manage the integrated health delivery system across a
range of behavioral and medical services to care for children, adolescents, adults, and families with multiple healthcare needs.
-Provides a vision for Integrated Care in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic encompassing Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, and Primary Care services.
-Ensures service delivery is customer focused and responsive to the dynamic changes occurring in healthcare.
-Develops division goals and work plans. Establishes performance goals, allocates resources and assess policies for the team.
-Acts as a relentless communicator in sharing agency information and gathering input from all constituents. Keep processes open and transparent finding ways to help smooth the path of communication for your team and the organization.
-Effectively utilizes quality improvement systems, performance measurements and dashboards in achieving quality outcomes.
-Develops a strong Brand and engenders a culture of excellence that fosters creative thinking.
-Evaluates and implements managerial, personnel and procedural system changes as required to achieve excellent outcomes and accommodate growth of services.
-Assures that all assigned cost centers perform within budget – meeting or exceeding all financial goals.
-Continually refines and markets services and programs. Seeks out opportunities for collaboration and expansion across New York State and other states.
-Provides leadership at the community level for state and federal healthcare changes.
-Assures effective communications with Administration, Medical Staff, the community, and all levels of clinic staff.
-Acts as a key leader in the Agency with other Divisional Vice Presidents.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Master’ s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, MBA or related field.
More than seven years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
Knowledge of emerging healthcare delivery systems and reimbursement
Demonstrated experience in use of informatics with P/L responsibility.
Position is 40 hours work week. Hours/days of week vary depending on patient/clinic need. Travel is required to meet with funders/stakeholders and employees.
