We are hiring for a Vice President and COO in Long Beach, CA
JOB SUMMARY:     The Vice President and Chief Operating Officer manages the overall operation of the facilities and programs and fulfills the management service agreements with SVCFS.  Works with the CEO and executive team to set company performance goals.  Develops and implements strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth, financial results, and other performance goals.  Prepares and presents reports and analyses to the CEO and leadership groups

He/she assures operations comply with laws and regulations and that contracts and other service agreements are strategically negotiated and successfully fulfilled.  He/she oversees and assures that there is a comprehensive quality treatment program for all clients and reviews and approves all policies and procedures of the agencies.  Cultivates and provides opportunities for rising talent and a diverse workforce within the organization. The Vice President and Chief Operating Officer represents and its agencies and programs to governmental agencies, provider and advocacy associations, the Board of Directors, and the community.



Masters degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration, Psychology/Social Work or equivalent related field required.

  1. least five (5) years executive healthcare management experience. Behavioral healthcare management, inpatient or residential treatment, and experience across various populations and age groups preferred.


Total comp: $340K to $385K

Salary: $260K-$285K

Annual Bonus: $30K to $50K

5 year annually vested bonus: $50K/yr.
