 In this role, you will be working with a multidisciplinary team focusing on adolescents and families experiencing mental health difficulties.

Job Duties include:

• Providing comprehensive behavioral health assessment
• Treatment Planning
• Counseling and Intervention Services
• Continually monitoring and documenting client progress and outcomes.
• Deliver educational information to clients and families
• Participate in staff meetings and case conferences
• Maintains Electronic Records
• Facilitate Groups as needed

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
• Current, unencumbered clinical license in the State of Ohio (Preference given to independently licensed clinicians)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Computer skills
• Consistent demonstration of maturity and sound judgement
• Valid Drivers License

This role does offer in-office hours and can accommodate some remote work. 
This role is working primarily adolescents in a school based environment.

Qualifications-

• Must be proficient in the provision of family systems therapy.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to families.
• Must have on call availability 24/5 with a weekend telephone on call rotation
