Recruiting is a great way to combine two fields that I love — human resources and human services. I believe that my knowledge of the human services field helps me so much in my position as a behavioral health recruiter. I am truly able to understand what client companies are looking for in a candidate, and in turn, I can help job
candidates locate a job they love.
