Job Description
A well-respected treatment provider located in Northwestern Connecticut is seeking a full-time Clinical Director. The role will have oversight of four clinical programs (adolescent/adult residential program, therapeutic school, and outpatient treatment) located on our client's beautiful campus in Litchfield County. The clients in treatment often have issues that stem from mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, family problems, and personality disorders. The Clinical Director will report directly to the CEO.
Qualified candidates will be licensed as an LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with 10+ years of experience that includes progressive leadership experience in a similar setting.
