Qualifications-
Must posses active RN license in Indiana
Schedule-
11:30pm-8am
Every other weekend and every other holiday
Pay-
$40 weekdays/$42 weekends
Responsibilities-
Provides direct treatment.
Assists in monitoring effectiveness of prescribed medications and for potential side effects.
Provides education about prescribed medications to clients, families as needed/requested.
Conducts nursing assessments/screenings, gathers health and medication history, monitors /records vitals.
Provides injections, collects urinary drug screens and completes medication.
Collaborates with members of client’s treatment team to ensure continuity of care and responsiveness to emergent situations.
