Job Description
A non-profit community social service agency in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a full-time Program Director for its substance use outpatient program. The role provides clinical oversight of the agency's small substance use counseling program. This consists of assessing substance use counseling program offerings, observing and improving the quality of substance use counseling groups, and communicating program purpose, structure, and measures of success with community members and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a human service-related field with clinical relevance
- An independent practice in Illinois, as an LCSW, or LCPC.
- At least four years post-masters experience working with clients, including at least one year working in substance use disorders.
- At least one year of staff and/or clinical supervisory experience.
- Clinical knowledge of DSM-5 and trauma-informed strength-based perspective
