Job Description
PsychPros is hiring for a leading provider of ABA therapy services for children on the Autism spectrum. Their team of highly skilled therapists is passionate about their work and takes great pride in seeing each child succeed.
Job Function
Conducts informal observation and data collection to facilitate the development of behavioral interventions.
Program for skill acquisitions and behavior reduction programs
Conduct clinical intake and write treatment plans as well as progress reports
Oversee, provides follow up and support, mentorship and supervision to AIA
providers/Case Supervisors/RBTs on the training, implementation, and evaluation of positive behavior intervention plans.
Develops materials and behavioral management strategies to support safe and healthy learning environments.
Provides leadership and supervision to assigned Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of a variety of assessment methods and tools.
Assists teams in conducting Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) to identify functions of Clients’ behaviors.
Assists teams with the development and implementation with fidelity of Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP).
Provides consultation and supervision in clinic, clients’ homes and school settings regarding clients’ behavioral concerns.
Participates in Conferences, IEP meetings and parent conferences, as appropriate.
Consults with parents, providers, and outside agencies as appropriate or necessary.
Attends required AIA meetings and training.
Recommend ways to integrate behavioral goals and objectives into daily clinic and home activities.
Exhibit professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor. Required Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, an applicant must meet the following required qualifications.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education or other related field;
BACB license (Applied Behavior Analysis);
A minimum of five years of experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and
working with clients with behavioral needs, and non-verbal clients.
