ACSW Mental Health Social Worker
Job Description
We have an immediate temporary ACSW Mental Health Social Worker assignment available on-site at a well-respected inpatient program in Los Angeles, CA 90012. The assignment is expected to last through mid-February.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessments
- Create treatment plans and safety plans
- Providing group therapy
- Makes referrals to appropriate community services and outside providers.
- Case management
- Coordinates transmission of clinical and benefit treatment to patients, families, and outside agencies.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a master's degree in social work with an active BBS registration (ACSW) number and have relevant experience to qualify.
- Experience conducting intake, assessment, and group counseling a must.
- Work schedule will be a day shift M-F, 8 am-4:30 pm.
- Must be available to work on-site.
