Job Description
We are hiring for a Bilingual DUI Coordinator in Pittsburgh, CA.
This role provides coordination for fast-paced, customer focused DUI Program. Oversees effective delivery of education services, having the day-to-day responsibility for the supervision of counselors, administrative assistants and participant activities. Ensures compliance with DUI program policies, procedures and Title 9 regulations. As needed, provides group, individual counseling, education classes, orientation and individual appointments. Additionally, oversees the processing of attendance, billing, runs and submits reports for approval and ensures that all client services are delivered with the highest customer service standards in mind.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual Required
-Experience facilitating groups and conducting individual counseling sessions required.
-Public Speaking experience preferred.
-Demonstrated effectiveness leading a team.
-A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in DUI programs.
-Completion of Alcohol & Other Drug (AOD) education program.
-Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor is required. Experience in the field of chemical dependency treatment a must.
-Strong computer and organizational skills.
Salary-69K-82K
