PsychPros is currently seeking a full-time, Care Manager/Case Manager Supervisor in the Kent, OH area.
We are seeking a master's level counselor/social worker to lead a team of care coordinators working with children and adolescents with the OhioRise program.
Ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the program or at least 2 years working with children/adolescents in a clinical setting.
In this role, you will provide strategic oversight for structured service planning and care coordination centered on wraparound principles.
Key duties will include:
- Develop and supervise a team of care/case coordinators
- Actively engage with other child-serving systems and behavioral health providers
- Initiate quality improvement initiatives that align with state requirements
- Support the development of the local system of care serving youth and families
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Active LSW/LPC licensure in the State of Ohio
