PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a Youth Mobile Response Case Manager to work in Logan and Champaign Counties.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field OR 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Driver’s license, daily access to personal vehicle, and maintain excellent driving record
Schedule-
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with availability to work an on call rotation until 8pm
Pay-
$23-25 per hour depending on education and experience

Responsibilities-
Work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide an emergency response to youth & families under 21yrs old to help them resolve a crisis and link with ongoing support services as needed
Provide short-term case management and wraparound services to youth and families
Transition clients and families into ongoing care
Work collaboratively with treatment teams internally and externally to ensure safe transitions
