Job Description
PsychPros is currently recruiting for a full time case manager in Northern Kentucky. This position will be working with program participants who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The position provides on-going assessment and support to clients and helps participants utilize community resources.
Primary Duties:
- Maintain a caseload of 35 clients
- Regularly meet with clients either in office or in the community.
- Coordinates with participants to access the government services and non-profit services needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Provide transportation as needed
- Associates Degree required, Bachelors preferred.
- Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- 1 year experience working in a social service setting, preferably in case management.
