Job Description
PsychPros is currently partnering with a well respected social service agency in the Cincinnati area. We are seeking a full-time, temp-to-hire case manager to work with clients (in-office) to assist with finding additional services for those in need.
Primary duties would include:
- housing assistance
- budgeting assistance
- transportation assistance
- referrals to other agencies to help with more specific needs not covered
- Documenting all aspects of care
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate with a diverse clientele.
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Awareness of available community resources
