Case Manager-Youth
Job Description
PsychPros is currently recruiting for a full-time, case manager in the Columbus area. We are currently seeking someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of children, adolescents and their families. Primary duties for this role include:
- Providing intake to new families that are involved with the foster care system.
- Provide instruction, intervention and assistance for families in order to maintain the family unit.
- Coordinate with community agencies and schools to promote successful interventions with youth.
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in social service related field. Prefer licensure in social work
- 12 paid holidays in addition to paid time off
