Job Description
PsychPros is currently recruiting for a Clinical Manager in the Cincinnati area.
We are searching for a full-time, independently licensed clinician (LPCC/LISW) with supervisory designation.
In this role, you will be working with a team of clinicians dedicated to helping people with addictions and mental health issues.
Primary duties include:
- Assist in hiring qualified staff
- Provide clinical supervision for dependently licensed clinical staff
- Support training
- Provide evidence-based treatment for clients
- Work with court systems as needed
LISW-S or LPCC-S
Experience working in a supervisory role
Working knowledge of addictions treatment
Ability to coach and mentor staff
