PsychPros is assisting our client in North Carolina in their search for a full-time Behavioral Health Crisis Clinician. This position is responsible for conducting telephonic screening, triage, and referral functions for individuals seeking behavioral health services. The Clinician ensures that individuals calling with service needs are safely and efficiently linked with appropriate services and community resources.
This is a work-from-home position, and all necessary equipment, supplies, and technology will be provided. The selected candidate will complete a 6–8-week virtual training program, M-F, 9 AM-5 PM. The permanent work schedule will be M-F, 9:30-5:30.

Job Description

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a human services field
-
Minimum of three (3) years post-master’s experience in a community, business, or governmental program providing mental health support services (e.g., adults with mental illness, children with severe emotional disturbance, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those with substance use disorders)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) with clinical fluency — language testing required prior to hire

Current, active, and unrestricted North Carolina license in one of the following: LCSW, LCMHC, LCAS, LPA, or LMFT
