Job Description
PsychPros is currently working with a large, non-profit in the Lima OH area seeking a full-time Crisis Director for a crisis stabilization unit. We are seeking RN with at least 3 years of crisis experience as well as 1-3 years of higher level supervision.
In this position, typical work hours will be Monday-Friday 8-5:00 with some on-call for emergency situations. You will be directly supervising a team of clinical and non-clinical staff that work in a 24/7 crisis stabilization center, interviewing for open positions and assisting with developing of policies and procedures.
Other responsibilities may include identifying opportunities for program expansion.
