LMHC Clinical Therapist
Job Description
A well-established private child and family psychological practice in Salisbury, North Carolina is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join its growing clinical team.
This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, providing flexibility while maintaining meaningful client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active licensure in North Carolina as an LMHC or LCSW (required)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
Position Details:
- 1099 independent contractor or W2 role
- Full administrative support provided, including billing, credentialing, and insurance filing
- Access to office space for in-person sessions, including a play therapy space.
- Flexible scheduling
