Seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide mental health support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability disorders, cognitive impairment, and/or severe mental illness. You will be part of psychosocial rehabilitation and behavioral treatment programs to provide rehabilitative services to benefit individuals with noted maladaptive behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate clients’ emotional, mental, behavioral, or social needs.
- Conduct intakes and assessments, gathering information on client history, maladaptive behaviors, long-term moods, and needs.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Provide detailed documentation of progress and remarkable incidents.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs.
- Maintain updated knowledge of developments in the field through continuing education.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Licensed in the State of Nevada.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
