PsychPros, Inc. is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Fayette County, Texas, to recruit a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team dedicated to expanding access to high-quality behavioral healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy for patients experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active (or license-eligible under supervision) LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
