Job Description
A multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic in Hartford County, CT, is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as Lead Therapist, with a primary focus on autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnostic assessment.
The clinic provides comprehensive services to children and adolescents from birth through age 21, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, ABA, and Social Skills Groups, supporting a truly integrated, team-based approach to care. At the core of the practice is a Comprehensive Autism Day Program grounded in early intervention, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family-centered care.
This role is well-suited for a clinically strong LCSW who is passionate about diagnostic work, values evidence-based practice, and thrives in collaborative environments alongside experienced OTs, SLPs, PTs, and BCBAs, working together to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in Connecticut
- Formal training and demonstrated competence in ADOS-2 administration
- 5+ years of experience as an LCSW with 2+ years of experience conducting ASD assessments and diagnoses and providing psychotherapy to children and families
