PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field.   We are currently recruiting for a mobile crisis therapist to work throughout Marion and Crawford counties in Ohio.

Qualifications-
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of social work, counseling, psychology, or other license-eligible related field of human services required.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC licensure required
  • 2 years experience working in the behavioral healthcare field
  • Driver’s license, daily access to personal vehicle, excellent driving record

Benefits-
  • $55,000 to $65,000 salary range depending on education and experience
  • Supervision toward independent licensure if needed

Schedule-
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Availability to work 2 nights per week up to 8pm

Responsibilities-
  • Respond to crises for adults who are in the community, at hospitals, or in jails
  • Triage, de-escalation, assess, safety plan and link persons to behavioral health services
  • When needed, complete involuntary admission paperwork
  • Complete well checks on adults
  • Provide follow up for individuals who have experienced a mental health emergency
  • Coordinate and collaborate with community resources and stakeholders
  • Complete outcome reporting
  • Provide community engagement and education
