Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Full-Time)
Okaloosa County, Florida
A well-established and growing private clinical practice in Okaloosa County, Florida is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join its supportive and collaborative team. This practice is committed to delivering high-quality care while fostering a collegial, respectful, and clinician-focused environment.

Ideal Candidate
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Experience conducting psychological testing and assessments for children, adolescents, and adults
- Comfortable working with a diverse range of clinical presentations
- Currently credentialed with insurance panels (e.g., Tricare, Medicare, BCBS) or willing to obtain credentialing
- Maintains a professional demeanor and presentation
- Values a team-oriented, supportive environment
- Open to networking and building referral relationships within the community
Workload
- Full-time schedule (~40 hours/week)
- Approximately 10 assessments per week
Compensation
- 1099 contractor (preferred) – competitive collections-based split
- Estimated annual earnings: $125,000 – $180,000
- Clinician responsible for malpractice insurance
- W2 option may be available (compensation range to be determined)
