PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a licensed crisis therapist to work full-time throughout Union County, Ohio.
Qualifications-
LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW required
Master's degree in related field
Must be able to work flexible shifts with weekend and holiday rotation
Daily access to personal vehicle and maintain excellent driving record
Pay-
$70,000-$75,000 annually based on experience and licensure

Responsibilities-
Provide community-based crisis services in the community and at Memorial Hospital
Use triage, engagement, assessment and trauma-informed behavioral health interventions to foster crisis intervention
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to connect individuals with both inpatient and outpatient healthcare and behavioral health care services.
Determine need for a higher level of care and coordinate referrals to hospitals and community resources.
Answering crisis calls from community members and systems of care
Maintain a collaborative relationship within community referral sources, hospitals and community stakeholders
