Job Description
PsychPros, Inc is assisting a mission-driven healthcare organization in Fayette County, Texas, with its search for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This is an excellent opportunity to provide integrated behavioral health services in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
In this role, you will:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy for patients with mental health and substance use disorders
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver crisis intervention services when needed
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active (or supervised) LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
- Strong clinical and communication skills with a passion for patient-centered care
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
