Job Description
A mental health treatment program in Altoona, Florida is seeking a full-time, on-site Independently Licensed Therapist. The role is responsible for providing mental health counseling, education, and support to individuals, families, and the community, promoting healthy lifestyles and healthy choices. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Therapist will provide clinical services including, but not limited to, assessment, individual, family, and group sessions, and other client care services. The Therapist is responsible for managing a primary caseload, facilitating the primary group, and leading other therapeutic behavioral health efforts as designated by the Clinical Director.
Requirements/Qualifications
A master’s degree in clinical social work, mental health counseling, or a related field is required. Must be licensed in the state of Florida as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT. Solid experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy to adults is a must. Residential experience is preferred.
