Job Description
A well-established treatment provider in Warren County, OH, is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join their outpatient team. This role supports individuals with a range of mental health concerns using evidence-based approaches in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. Full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. This is a 100% on-site position.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide individual therapy and co-facilitate group therapy using evidence-based treatment models for clients with mental health disorders.

Participate in daily census/clinical meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to coordinate client care.

Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EMR (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, group notes).

Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Contribute to a positive team culture that supports high-quality, client-centered care.
Work Schedule
-
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
-
Active Ohio clinical license (e.g., LISW, LSW, LPCC, LPC).
-
Experience providing outpatient therapy and working with adult/adolescent populations.
-
Competence with documentation in an EMR and strong organizational skills.
-
Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
-
Group therapy facilitation experience.
-
Familiarity with community resources and referral networks in Warren County.
