Job Description
A well-established, growing private clinical practice in Okaloosa County, Florida, is seeking a full-time licensed clinical psychologist to join their supportive, collaborative team. We pride ourselves on delivering quality care while fostering individuality and a kind, collegial environment for clinicians, staff, and clients alike.

Steady stream of referrals – no need to build your caseload from scratch

Administrative support – scheduling, billing, and collections handled for you

Electronic Health Records (EHR) – streamline your documentation

Regular clinical staffing – collaborative, team-oriented consultation and support

Licensed psychologist with experience in psychological testing for children, adolescents, and adults

Comfortable working with a diverse range of clinical presentations

Credentialed with insurance panels (Tricare, Medicare, BCBS) or willing to pursue credentialing

Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor

Values working in a supportive, collegial environment that allows focus on clinical work

Open to networking and building referral relationships with local professionals and providers

Full-time = approximately 10 assessments per week / 40 hours
- Preferred: 1099 contractor on collections split
- Range: $125,000 – $180,000 annually
- Clinician responsible for malpractice insurance
- W2 options may be available (range to be determined
- Relocation assistance
