Job Description
PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in recruiting for the behavioral healthcare field. We are currently recruiting for a case manager to work full-time throughout Union County, Ohio.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in a social service-related field or three-years’ experience
Daily access to personal vehicle and maintain excellent driving record
Pay-
$21.50/hour

Responsibilities-
Provide case management services to individuals with severe and persistent mental health issues who may also have a substance abuse disorder.
Assist clients with accessing community based resources, housing, employment and linking clients to ongoing mental health and/or substance abuse services.
Transition clients into ongoing care
Work with Probation, Parole, Courts, Social Security, DJFS and other providers.
