Job Purpose: This position exists to ensure that all child victims and their non-offending family members receive appropriate mental health services. This position plays a crucial role in our unique program focusing on trauma and providing long-term help to change the trajectory of children's lives and initiate the healing process in Western Kansas.
Primary Responsibilities:
Clinical Services & Therapy:
Provide individual and family therapy to child victims and their non-offending caregivers.
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Utilize trauma-focused interventions, such as Play Therapy, Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problematic Sexual Behavior-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and expressive Arts Therapy.
Offer crisis intervention services for children and families experiencing acute distress.
M-F 8AM-5PM
Pay:
Intern level (currently in their masters program, will complete internship/practicum and near graduation) = $50,112 - $56,376 = $24-$27/hr
Masters level (graduated and licensed) = $58,464-$68,904 = $28-$33/hr
Clinical level (clinically licensed) = $70,992-$79,344 = $34-$38/hr
