We are currently seeking a part-time, full-service bookkeeper that has experience working with QuickBooks and has worked with a multi-state payroll system. 

In this role, you will be working with a team of professionals dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients and employees. Primary job duties include:
  • Adding new employees into our payroll system
  • Weekly invoicing
  • Weekly payroll including internal salaried staff, field staff and contractors
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Work with 3rd party benefits providers
  • Prepare monthly Financial Statements
  • Provide reports for insurance and workers compensation audits
  • Notify Payroll provider of state unemployment rates
  • Add or reactivate new state withholding and unemployment 
  • Monitor bank balance and balance transfers as needed and record in QuickBooks
